Become A Member
Membership is open to all
Transgendered Individuals, their Significant Others and to other persons who have a personal or professional interest in a
Transgendered person or in gender behavior or theory in general.
All individuals must be 18 years of age or older. Those under
the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
(proof is required under Pennsylvania Law).
Initial and renewal membership applications can be obtained at any one of our monthly meetings
or downloaded from this site to the right. Membership fees are $30 a year. Non-members, visitors and guests pay $5 per meeting.
The fees are used to offset administrative and facility costs.
To become a member:
1. Complete the
Membership Form.
2. Fill out a
Membership
Interest Survey.
3. Pay the $30 membership fee.
Checks and money orders should be made out to "TransCentralPA."
4. Bring the Membership Form,
Interest Survey and fee to one of our monthly meetings. We do not
accept initial applications via mail. Renewal memberships can be
sent via mail.
Once you're membership
application has been accepted, please join our Yahoo! Group TransCentralPA (link below).
Identify yourself as a 'New
Member' in the remarks section. Our Yahoo! Group is the primary
way that TransCentralPA communicates with our members about events,
news, articles of interest as well as general meeting information.
You must have completed the membership application and paid the
membership fee before you will be accepted into the Yahoo! Group.
